REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Products purchased online from My Diet nutrition and wellness, may be returned within 7 days from date of purchase.

 a detailed description of your reason for returning the product. We will give you instructions asap upon receiving the enquiry.

My Diet will only accept such returns if the goods are unused, and all safety seals are in place and not tampered with, in their original undamaged packaging and accompanied by the relevant invoice and order number. Products can be shipped back in the original courier packaging or packaging similar to that used by our Logistics department (e.g. If you received your products in a box with bubble wrap it should be sent to our offices in the same format). 

Subject to these conditions, My Diet will reimburse you the price paid for the returned goods and the invoiced delivery charges within a maximum of 30 business days after receipt of the returned goods. 

The return delivery costs will be at the customer’s expense. The delivery charges will be deducted from your original purchase price. You will be informed beforehand what the quoted cost are. 

My Diet will not be obliged to accept returns of products which have been used, modified or tampered with or are in a non-saleable condition. Gift vouchers/ coupons cannot be refunded.

All returns must be accompanied by the invoice and Order number

Changes to orders or cancellations:

Online orders are processed automatically by our system and immediately transferred to our Logistics Centre. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, we kindly invite you to contact us at info@mydietclinic.co.za soon as possible.

However, as soon as your order is confirmed, My Diet cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations required. In such instances the protocol for the returns policy will be followed.
